Author review – Camilla Lackberg

A RARE FIND!

Camilla Lackberg is a household name in Sweden. Her psychological thrillers featuring Detective Patrik Hedstrom are engaging and full of suspense.  Set in a small town called Fjallbacka where the only criminals are petty thieves and drunken misfits. But when gruesome murders take place in Fjallbacka, police superintendent, Mellberg, an obnoxious, lazy and (one may even call him) a sleazy individual is called upon to solve the crimes. Although the murders are usually solved by Detective Hedstorm and his partner, Martin however all credit goes to the ‘sleaze bag’ Mellberg.

A good crime novel worth curling up for during a chilly stormy night……….
